A Past Life Regression is a way to tap into the subconscious mind in order to retrieve memories of past lives. I will assist you in retrieving these memories by first opening your subconscious using a guided relaxation process, and then asking you a series of questions to help you recall a past life.  

The benefits that can come from Past Life Regression include:

-Uncovering the root cause of a deep fear or a mental/emotional block that has no apparent cause in this lifetime: A past life event may exist in the subconscious mind that is causing your fear or block in the present. Once you are able to see the root of this and understand it, the fear or block often goes away.

-Giving you a better understanding of particular relationships within this lifetime: It is believed that certain groups of souls incarnate together over different lifetimes. While in this lifetime it might not make sense why conflict exists between certain people, a Past Life Regression may reveal the cause behind these feelings.
